I have a wide range of experience in interactive prototyping for web, mobile, intranet and native applications. I also have extensive experience in information architecture, customer journey mapping, service design, interaction design, interface design, user experience research and design review/audit.
Having conducted well over 150 lab-controlled usability tests, and with solid experience in ethnographic research, focus groups, and web analytics, I have a good understanding of best practices and am used to backing up my opinions with sound logic, examples, and research.
