What is a trust factor?
Trust in a brand is one of the most important reasons customers take action or choose to go elsewhere. With the number of scams and dark patterns increasing rapidly over the last few years, people are becoming increasingly sceptical. They are looking for ways to quickly identify whether the app or service they use is worth the risk. This may be something like the return policy of an e-commerce band, or the number of ATMs for a bank.
