Over the past 5 years, the HMW team has conducted over 1000 hours of research. One of the most interesting aspects of talking to so many people is that we begin to see trends in the factors that impact decision-making.
In this 30-minute webinar, Tatum Vincent takes us through the factors that impact trust in financial services that have come up most frequently in our qualitative interviews with personal and business customers.
What is a trust factor?
Trust in a brand is one of the most important reasons customers take action or choose to go elsewhere. With the number of scams and dark patterns increasing rapidly over the last few years, people are becoming increasingly sceptical. They are looking for ways to quickly identify whether the app or service they use is worth the risk. This may be something like the return policy of an e-commerce brand, or the number of ATMs for a bank. In this webinar we will be looking at the factors that customers pay attention to during their online experiences.
